How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you can create an account with us and check your order status. After your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number through your email on file. The email will included a link that takes you directly to USPS website to track your order or simply go to usps.com/tracking to follow your order on its way to you. All orders require a signature confirmation.
How long will my Extensions last?
With the proper care and maintenance your hair can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years or more! See Care Instructions for useful tips on maintaining your hair and keeping it looking flawless!
After a wash or straightening does the hair retain its orginal curl/wave pattern?
Yes. You don't have to worry about losing the beautiful texture of your hair extensions. After a wash the curl/wave will go back to its original pattern.
Can the hair be dyed?
Yes. We recommend allowing a licensed professional dye your extensions and staying away from cheap products to keep from damaging the hair.
Do you allow returns/exchanges/refunds?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or refunds.
